18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement

IntimOne is committed to full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and with the corresponding regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, as well as equivalent record-keeping and age-verification obligations in every jurisdiction where we operate.

Age verification

Every performer who broadcasts on IntimOne must complete identity and age verification before their account is activated. This includes submitting a valid government-issued photo identification and, where required, a verification selfie that is matched against that identification. No person may stream, appear in, or be featured in any content on the Platform unless they have been verified as being at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.

Record-keeping

For every verified performer, IntimOne and its verification partners maintain the records required by law, including copies of identification, proof-of-age documentation, and the legal and any stage names used. These records are securely stored, access-controlled, and retained for the periods mandated by applicable law.

Third-party & user-generated content

IntimOne is, with respect to some content, a provider of services under 47 U.S.C. § 230(c). For content produced by independent performers, the original producer may hold primary record-keeping responsibility. Regardless, IntimOne does not permit any content on the Platform unless age verification has been satisfactorily completed and the required records exist.

Zero tolerance

IntimOne maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors or non-consenting individuals. Any suspected violation is removed immediately, the account is terminated, and the matter is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law-enforcement authorities as appropriate.
