Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and IntimOne ("IntimOne", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the IntimOne website, apps and services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & age (18+)

The Platform contains sexually explicit, adult-only material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and it is legal to view such material where you live. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We verify the age of all performers as described in our 2257 statement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade bans or abuse promotions.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Tokens & payments

Tokens are a prepaid virtual credit used to tip performers, unlock private sessions, control interactive devices and access certain features. Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for failed transactions. Prices and token packages may change at any time. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for purchases you make.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• record, reproduce, screenshot, redistribute or publicly display any stream or content without explicit permission;
• harass, threaten, defame or attempt to deanonymise any performer or user;
• solicit or arrange to take communications, payments or activity off-Platform;
• upload malware, attempt to breach security, or scrape the Platform;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any illegal activity.

6. Content & intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including streams, recordings, text, graphics and the IntimOne name and logo, is owned by IntimOne or its performers and licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for your own non-commercial use. Any unauthorised capture or redistribution is a serious breach of these Terms and may be unlawful.

7. Performer terms

Performers are independent contractors, not employees of IntimOne. Performers retain the rights to their own content except as licensed to us to operate the Platform, must complete identity and age verification, and are solely responsible for the legality of their broadcasts in their location. Payouts, conduct rules and verification are governed by the separate Model Agreement.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Platform or other users, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time. Token balances may be forfeited on termination for cause.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that any specific performer, category or feature will be available at any given time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntimOne and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IntimOne is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

12. Changes & contact
