Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026 · Your privacy is fundamental to how IntimOne is built.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data IntimOne ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. It applies to the IntimOne website, apps and services. Using the Platform means you understand the practices described here.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — email address, username, hashed password and age-confirmation flag.
- Transaction data — token purchases and balances. Full card numbers are handled only by our payment processors, never stored by us.
- Usage data — pages viewed, rooms entered, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Communications — messages you send to support.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to operate and secure the Platform, process token purchases, personalise recommendations, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Cookies & similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and secure, plus optional analytics and preference cookies to improve the Platform. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
4. Discreet billing
We know discretion matters. Charges appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor that never references adult content or the IntimOne brand. Payment details are tokenised by PCI-DSS compliant processors so we never see or store your full cardinformación.
5. When we share data
We share data only with payment processors, infrastructure and analytics providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality, and with authorities where we are legally required to do so or to protect users from harm. We never share your viewing activity with advertisers in a way that identifies you.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law — for example, transaction and age-verification records are retained for the periods mandated by applicable regulations. When data is no longer needed it is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Contact page. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.
8. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and continuous monitoring. Optional two-factor authentication adds an extra layer to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard yourinformación.
9. Children & age
The Platform is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an underage person has created an account, we will terminate it and delete the associated data immediately.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to ensure it remains protected.
11. Changes & contact
We may update this Policy as our services or the law evolve; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. For any privacy question or request, reach us via the Contact page. See also our Terms and 2257 statement.
